Hosted by behavioural economist Roger Martin-Fagg, the interactive one-day event entitled ‘Winning Strategies in a Downturn: how to grow market share in a recession’ aims to equip participants with the tools necessary to formulate and implement a successful strategy to weather the recession and beyond. The event will examine companies who adopted innovative approaches that have translated into profitable actions and identify some of the must do strategies to remain competitive in the current economic climate. Participants will leave the forum with a clear idea of where we are in economic terms, how to develop a winning strategy and the ability to articulate their value proposition in the new economy.
