PD3 is the new dbs protective distraint recovery collection programme in supporting clients in the recovery of commercial rent arrears.
PD3 is a tailored recovery service providing an alternative to immediate bailiff enforcement action.
PD3 provides clients the flexibility in appointing dbs to work with tenants in structuring repayment-plans by using an internal experienced telephone collection team and bespoke lettering. All payment-plans are secured by a Protective Distraint securing the tenants assets and giving the landlord priority title, safe-guarding the investment and protecting the tenant from additional and potential enforcement actions.
