Acting on behalf of a Charitable Trust, Michael Berman & Co have sold an office and retail building, Sovereign House, 11-19 Ballards Lane, Finchley Central, London, N3 1UX.

The premises are situated diagonally opposite Finchley Central Underground Station and were constructed in the 1980s comprising six retail units together with self contained offices on first to third floors totalling approximately 14,000 sq ft.

Two of the office floors affording approximately 9,275 sq ft and one retail unit are vacant with the balance of the property let and producing an income of £168,500 per annum exclusive.

ICS Real Estates (UK) Ltd who intend to occupy part, paid £4m for the benefit of the freehold interest.
