Stiles Harold Williams, on behalf of Subway, has acquired retail premises at Unit R14 Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth from Gunwharf Quays Ltd.

The premises comprise a ground floor retail unit of 730 sq ft at the foot of the newly opened Spinnaker Tower on a 10-year FRI lease.

Gunwharf Quays Ltd was represented by Allen Hodkinson and Twentyretail.
