Strutt & Parker - Offices Sale - Reading, Forbury Square

Morley Fund Management, advised by Strutt & Parker and Fryer Gilbert and Jepps, has let the first floor of office building One Forbury Square, Reading, to Lloyds TSB at a rent of £72,504 per annum, reflecting £24.00 per sq ft.

The 3,021 sq ft office suite close to Reading town centre is let on a 10 year lease and will be used by Lloyds TSB for a new private banking facility. Other occupiers already in the building include Clydesdale Bank and Clarks Solicitors.

Ashley Griffiths, of Strutt & Parker's National Office Agency, said: "One Forbury Square has established itself as the premier office location within Reading town centre and is close to both shopping facilities and the mainline rail station. As a result there is strong interest in the remaining 4,200 sq ft."
