Harper Dennis Hobbs - Retail Letting - London SW3, King's Road

SRG, trading as Woodhouse and advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs, has disposed of its lease at 99 King's Road, London SW3 to jewellers Mikey.

The upmarket retailer has assigned the 25-year lease, which commenced in 1998, to Mikey at a passing rent of £119,000 pa.

Woodhouse is part of SRG, who also own Racing Green and Suits You.
