Alder King - Appointment - Padrig Fleming

In an encouraging start to the new year, property consultants Alder King are delighted to announce the promotion of Padrig Fleming to Associate.

Padrig joined the Retail and Office Agency as a senior surveyor in April 2004 where his main focus was to further develop the rapidly expanding retail and development side of the business. Prior to joining Alder King, he spent seven years with DTZ in London and Glasgow where he worked on retail, leisure and development projects. In his role as an Associate, Padrig will continue to work within the Office and Retail Agency sectors with a continued focus on the Agency and Investment markets in the Devon area.
