Stiles Harold Williams, on behalf of private clients, have agreed a retail letting at 123/124 Queens Road, Brighton to Wesley Owen Books & Music.

The property is situated towards the southern end of Queens Road, close to its junction with North Street and West Street, some 60 yards from Boots. The premises comprise two inter-connecting shops with a total floor area of 1,765 sq ft.

A new 10-year effectively full repairing and insuring lease has been granted at a commencing rental of £46,500 per annum exclusive.
