Tiles R Us has surrendered its lease at Glamorgan Retail Park, Llantrisant, Mid Glamorgan to landlord Railway Pension Nominees Ltd.

The 5,028 sq ft (467 sq m) unit was let to Tiles R Us on a 15-year lease, at a rent of £65,420 pa.

The space has now been re-let to Carpetright on a new 15-year lease at a rent of £133,240 pa, equating to £26.50 per sq ft (£285 per sq ft).
