Salmon Developments - Leisure Letting - Cheltenham, The Brewery

Cine UK has opened its 36,000 sq ft (3,344 sq m) 11-screen, 2,000 seat cinema, Cineworld, at The Brewery, Cheltenham's new £50 million town centre retail and leisure scheme, developed by Salmon Harvester Properties, the joint venture between Salmon Developments plc and NFU Mutual. This is Cine's 79th UK cinema.

In addition to the cinema, Nando's, Frankie & Benny's, Chiquito's and Fitness First have opened. Gala Bingo and Prezzo will announce their opening dates in due course. The Brewery provides 18 units, totalling 200,000 sq ft (18,580 sq m) of retail and leisure space, and NCP parking. Lettings on other units are due to be announced imminently.

Doug Stewart of Salmon Harvester comments: "This long awaited multiplex cinema is the first to open in Cheltenham and one which the community has been demanding for a long time. Its opening will further strengthen the town's reputation as an important regional leisure destination."
