Oddbins, advised by Leslie Furness, has assigned its lease at 100 Willesden Lane, London NW6, to Tesco.

The supermarket chain will open a Tesco Express store on the site which will be its first in Kilburn. The nearest store previously had been in Maida Vale.

Tesco will take over the lease on the 5,575 sq ft (518 sq m) A1 retail unit. The lease is due to expire in May 2019 and has a passing rent of £57,500 pa.
