Rogers Chapman - Industrial Letting - West Drayton, Horton Road Industrial Estate

HSBC, advised by Rogers Chapman, has let Unit 5C, at Horton Road Industrial Estate, West Drayton, Middlesex to Media Finishing.

The 5,000 sq ft (565 sq m) warehouse has been taken on a five-year lease at a rent of £7.50 per sq ft (£81 per sq m).

Bridget Outtrim of Rogers Chapman comments: "This popular industrial estate provides good economical accommodation despite its proximity to Heathrow Airport."

The industrial estate has been sold to Workspace Group.

Media Finishing was unrepresented.
