Savills - Appointment - Sebastian David

Savills has appointed dilapidations specialist, Sebastian David, as an associate within its building consultancy team.

Seb, previously of Tuffin Ferraby Taylor and Legal & General Investment Management, is qualified as both a building surveyor and general practice surveyor. He will work closely with Savills' management teams as well as external clients in the provision of strategic advice on dilapidations issues relevant to both landlords and tenants.

Michael Pillow, head of Savills' building consultancy department, says: "Savills is the only major firm to offer dilapidations and service charge consultancy as a specialist service, and Seb's appointment will further strengthen this offer."

Seb will be based at Savills' city office.
