King Sturge - Industrial Letting - Swindon, Euroway Industrial Estate

King Sturge has let Unit 12B on the Euroway Industrial Estate at Blagrove in Swindon to Ford dealer, Allen Ford, on behalf of Arcadia.

Allen Ford is taking the 10,559 sq ft unit (981 sq m) as a parts distribution and commercial vehicle repair centre following relocation from a town centre site.

Giles Weir of King Sturge says, "Euroway is in an ideal location for Allen Ford being adjacent to Junction 16 of the M4 via the Great Western Way dual carriageway. It is also ideally located close to their new show room at the front of the Spectrum building, West Swindon, which is their temporary home prior to relocating to a new purpose built facility within the next few years."
