PMH Developments, advised by Savills and Gerald Eve, has let a unit on High Street, Blackwood, Gwent, Wales to Dominos Pizza.

The 1,250 sq ft (116 sq m) retail unit has been taken on a new 15-year lease at an annual rent of £20,000. The unit sits within PMH Developments new roadside development alongside KFC.
