Recently completed transactions include the letting of second floor offices of 1,350 sq ft (125 sq m) at Case House on the High Street, Walton-on-Thames, to software specialists TVision Technology Ltd, on behalf of The Elmbridge Housing Trust. TVision Technology supplies, implements and supports business administration and financial accounting software systems, primarily based on Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision.
