Tuesday 2 May saw the launch of a new expert force in the property market - Williams Gunter Hardwick (WGH) Limited.

With a highly experienced team, WGH will offer a personalised commercial property service, with the emphasis on agency, landlord & tenant, development and investment work, both across the South West region and nationally.

The four directors of the practice, and their area of specialism, are:
Andrew Hardwick - offices
Malcolm Gunter - commercial development and the industrial and leisure sectors
Stuart Williams - high street retail
Bridget Hardwick - landlord & tenant and roadside sector

The directors are joined by senior surveyor, Michael McMichael, who will principally be involved in high street retail agency, and Tracey Hancock in the role of practice manager.

Born out of a restructure at Bristol-based chartered surveyors Edwards Hardwick & Partners, and following ten successful years in the property market, the team at WGH will use their experience to ensure that they continue to deliver creative and commercial solutions both for existing clients including McDonalds, Ladbrokes and Endsleigh Insurance and new business prospects. WGH will continue to work from Clifton Heights, Triangle West, Bristol.
