Churston Heard - Retail General - 100 Property Portfolio

The largest showroom-based bathroom specialist in the UK, Bathstore.com, has embarked on an aggressive expansion programme that will see it acquire 100 new stores in the next 12 months.

Churston Heard has been appointed by the bathroom retailer, which is part of the Wolseley Group, to identify sites across the UK that range in size from 2,500 to 5,000 sq ft (232 to 465 sq m). Rowan Peden at Churston Heard will oversee the acquisitions programme as a large element of the expansion will be for roadside units.
