Alder King - General - Leading the Way in Retail Therapy

Following a review and restructure of its retail department and service activities across the practice, leading South West commercial property consultant Alder King has set up a dedicated cross-practice team to deal with an increasing workload and to meet ongoing client demands.

Consistent growth over the last five years has significantly increased work being undertaken for shopping centre developers and owners, and for retained clients in acquisition and disposal programmes, as well as associated consultancy advice. With current projects ranging from new retail developments in Falmouth, Cornwall to providing local authority consultancy advice in the North East of England, the new team will co-ordinate existing and new business and will also streamline activities to ensure best practice is maintained.
