Lambert Smith Hampton - Offices Sale - Witney, New Mill Sold to Audley Travel

Acting on behalf of Chargechart Ltd, Lambert Smith Hampton are pleased to announce the sale of New Mill, New Mill Lane, Witney to Audley Travel.

The former woollen mill, set in 2.5 acres of grounds with a further 13 acres of meadowland adjoining the River Windrush, was converted by Chargechart Ltd to offices several years ago.

Audley Travel who specialise in tailor made individual itineraries for travellers have purchased the freehold on 20,000 sq ft of office space for £2.6 million.
