Savills - Retail Letting - Leicester, Claire's Accessories Opens in Thurmaston

Fashion retailer Claire's Accessories, advised by Savills, has taken a new store at Unit 12a, Thurmaston Retail Park, Leicester.

Claire's has taken a new 10-year lease from Charles Street Building Leicester Ltd. The new unit, which totals 819 sq ft (76 sq m), is let at £37.50 per sq ft (£403.65 per sq m), with an annual rent of £30,712.50 pa.

Other retailers at Thurmaston Retail Park include Next, Sport & Soccer, TK Maxx, Boots and Arcadia.

Charles Street Building Leicester Ltd was represented by Colliers.
