Bathstore.com have added a further unit to their expanding portfolio of shops following the acquisition of 24A Essex Road, Islington, London N1, located at the southern end of Essex Road, at its junction with Gaskin Road. Nearby occupiers include Living Room, La Tasca and Giraffe

Bathstore.com, who are the country's largest bathroom store in the UK are aiming to add 100 new stores by the end of their Financial Year End, July 2007. They currently have a portfolio of 147 stores located throughout the country.

The new store occupies the ground floor and totals some 2,634 sq ft. Bathstore.com has agreed to take the unit on a new 15-year lease at a rental of £83,000 per annum.
