Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has let the ground floor of Sector One "Pegasus", Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough - the largest office letting in Peterborough in the last 12 months.

Extending to 16,310 sq ft with 63 car parking spaces the offices have been let to Budget Group Limited on a new lease to 2013 at a headline rent approaching £12.00 per sq ft.

Budget occupies about 61,000 sq ft of Pegasus and this expansion and consolidation takes their occupancy to about 77,000 sq ft on the estate representing a very positive commitment by the company to its future in Peterborough."
