TSK Group - Offices Development - Warrington, Baker Tilly Profits from Warrington Office Refurbishment

Accountancy and business advisors Baker Tilly have utilised workplace environment specialist The TSK Group for a second time; assigning the company to create a unified and collaborative workplace at its new Warrington offices.

The recent relocation to the new premises saw three existing offices in the region move into one building for the first time, following Baker Tilly's expansion in the area and a recent acquisition. TSK had already worked with the firm during the refurbishment of its Manchester offices, and Baker Tilly did not hesitate to contact them again for the Warrington project; where the priority was to facilitate the blending of the three offices into one collaborative working culture.

Alan Tranter, Office Manager Partner, at Baker Tilly, commented: "TSK's work on the project in Manchester was exemplary, and when we began looking for new premises in Warrington, we immediately looked to TSK to provide support for the move and a design for the new workplace.

"Merging three offices into one new building can be a difficult process for a workforce, and following our previous work with TSK we knew the potential of the workplace to help generate a communicative and positive working environment."

Before the final move took place, TSK established a design that would actively support the regular working practises of the national accountancy firm, incorporating design features and space planning techniques to encourage increased levels of collaboration between the newly merged employees.

Andrew Burns, Joint Managing Director at The TSK Group, explained: "Having already worked with Baker Tilly in Manchester gave us an advantage in understanding the unique working practices and requirements of the business - but a main priority in this project was to unlock the potential of the workplace to generate a cohesive working culture in the new offices."

The environment created by TSK is bright and open, with informal break-out areas, glass partitions and shared resource hubs to help generate regular inter-departmental communication and form an atmosphere of transparency and community. The offices also include varied workspace solutions, high quality client meeting rooms, storage facilities and a visually impressive reception area.
