Knight Property Group - Mixed-Use Development - Aberdeen, Scotland

Knight Property Group plc have concluded a pre-let of 20 years with MacArtney UK Ltd for its 1.9 acre commercial development at Howe Moss Avenue in Dyce, Aberdeen. Construction will commence this month and is due for completion at the end of the year.

This high-specification development will consist of 7,007 sq ft offices; 12,008 sq ft warehouses; 9,110 sq ft workshops; a 2,153 sq ft mezzanine, and 14,697 sq ft concrete yard.

Howe Moss Avenue is located within commercial hub Kirkhill Industrial Estate, which benefits from close proximity to Aberdeen Airport and the Wellheads Industrial Estate in Dyce.

MacArtney UK Ltd supply products and engineering solutions to the underwater technology market. With many blue-chip companies represented in Dyce - including Weatherford, CHC Scotia and Aker Kvaerner - MacArtney UK Ltd have secured the ideal location from which to serve their expanding clientele.
