Savills - Industrial Letting - Shipley, West Yorkshire

Ogden Waller Developments, advised by Savills, has let Unit 1, 88 Otley Road in Shipley, West Yorkshire to Travis Perkins.

The building merchant, who will trade as Tile Giant, has agreed a new 10-year lease on the store totalling 3,682 sq ft (342 sq m) and will pay an annual rent of £40,000.
