Savills - Industrial Letting - Warrington, Cheshire

Axa Sunlife Assurance, advised by Savills and CBRE, has let Unit 12 at Adlington Court, Birchfield Science Park near Warrington, to Datalink Transportation (North West).

Datalink Transportation has agreed a new five-year lease on the 5,020 sq ft (466 sq m) unit and will pay an annual rent of £5 per sq ft (£53.80 per sq m).

Alex Palfreyman, associate director of Savills, comments: "Adlington Court is proving to be very popular with tenants due to its close proximity to both the M6 and M62, as well as its high quality industrial space."

Datalink Transportation were unrepresented.
