Savills - Retail Appointment - Bath

Savills has been appointed on a two-year contract to manage O&H Properties' The Podium Shopping Centre in Bath.

The Podium, located in the town centre, totals 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) and comprises 25 retail units as well as a Food Court over two floors. The centre's tenants include Waitrose, Crabtree & Evelyn, gift shop Dickens & Dolphin and Bath Central Library, as well as five restaurants and a coffee house. It also has a 550-space car park.

Sam Shores, director of Savills, comments: "We are very pleased to have been appointed to manage The Podium, with a good mixture of niche retailers the centre attracts a broad range of shoppers. We are looking forward to working alongside the centre's management to help drive the scheme forward and build on its success."

Savills' specialist national shopping centre management team manages over 50 shopping centres from its City and West End offices in London, as well as Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
