Savills - Leisure Other - South East, East Anglia and Greater London areas

Savills has been appointed by Greens Health & Fitness to acquire new clubs for its portfolio in the South East, East Anglia and Greater London areas.
Greens Health & Fitness, a wholly owned subsidiary of De Vere Hotels and Leisure, has a programme in place to acquire standalone leasehold or freehold units totalling 25,000 sq ft (2,322 sq m) over two floors or set within a one acre site (0.4 hectares). Units are required either in leisure parks, business parks or residential areas within affluent locations where the chain is not already represented.
David Bell, associate director at Savills, comments: "Greens Health & Fitness already has 15 clubs located in prime areas throughout the UK and we are looking forward to working with them to increase this portfolio and expand its brand even further in the south of England."
King Sturge is appointed by Greens Health & Fitness to acquire properties in the north of England.
