We are delighted to announce that Phil Courtney and Judie Edwards have joined from SGP Property Services to further strengthen the professional services team at twentyretail.

Phil Courtney has 30 years of Landlord & Tenant expertise. Previous positions included 12 years with Legal & General, Threadneedle and P & O followed by 8 years "in house" with Signet and Mothercare. Most recently Phil has spent 8 years with Johnson Fellows and then SGP acting for retail clients including Arcadia, Mothercare, MK One and Adams.
Judie Edwards joins from SGP where she was an account manager for Arcadia, Brantano and Faith Footwear specialising in service charge management, scrutiny and audit. Judie is an acknowledged service charge expert and holds marketing, accounting and finance qualifications.

Judie and Phil will be working on retained retail client instructions including Instore, The White Company, Past Times, Jumper and Viyella further supporting Natalie Hunt who joined twentyretail from DTZ in December 2007 (having previously worked for clients including Hermes, Glanmore, Deloitte & Touche, HSBC and Ashtenne).

There is now a team of 12 people at twentyretail.
