Property consultants Alder King have let a further unit at Discovery Quay in Falmouth, on behalf of New Cornwall Developments.

Alder King let a first floor 757 sq ft office unit to Shield Environmental Services Ltd, for a term of 6 years at an undisclosed rental.

Shield Environmental Services are the market leaders in the asbestos industry. They specialise in the removal, surveying and management of asbestos across the commercial, industrial, domestic and marine sectors.

Dominic Rosenbaum, surveyor at Alder King, commented: "Shield Environmental Services are an established company with a strong representation across the South West and we are delighted to have attracted another high calibre business to Discovery Quay. This is the second office letting in Block B of this popular scheme and only one office suite remains available."

Shield will be joining established occupiers at Discovery Quay, which include marketing design agency Gendall Design and retailers Tesco Express, Musto Clothing, Quiksilver Clothing and Pizza Express.
