Tuffin Ferraby Taylor - Appointment - UK, London, Guilford, Kingston-upon-Thames

With a rare glimmer of positivity in the building and property sectors, consultants Tuffin Ferraby Taylor, has recruited three new members of staff as part of its ongoing growth strategy.

Christine Keates, TFT's partner in charge of HR, says: "We feel that it is important to continue with our planned growth strategy, both for us as a business and for the industry as a whole. We are delighted to add weight to our architectural teams in the London area as well as bringing in further valuable experience to our growing commercial division throughout our national offices."

Chris Pescod, Building Surveyor, London - joins TFT's offices on the South Bank with eight years' of experience in private practices, during which time he was primarily dealing with commercial and residential projects valued up to two million pounds.

Chris Tough, Architectural Technician, Guildford ­- will be providing added CAD support to TFT's south east commercial team and is currently studying for a degree in Architectural Technology. He joins from Kingsley Symes and Scott where he gained experience working on projects for developers.

Radisav Andesilic, Senior Architectural Technician, Kingston-upon-Thames - an experienced Architectural Technician and Designer, Radisav joins TFT from DHP Property Consultants. Prior to DHP he was part of the partnership between Serco Property & Design and the London Borough of Merton, so brings with a wealth of knowledge from both private and public projects.


On top of these three appointments, TFT is also looking to recruit further chartered building surveyors for its London, Guildford, Birmingham and Bristol offices as well as a property management consultant for Bristol.
