Innes England - Retail Sale - Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire

Innes England is pleased to announce the sale of a number of properties throughout Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire on behalf of their client, Nottingham & District Estates.

A three-storey property with a retail unit on the ground floor on Bath Street, Ilkeston was sold to a local investor. The building provides over 1,800 sq ft of accommodation with 515 sq ft as designated retail space together with office and storage on the upper floors.

A parade of shops on Carter Gate, Newark was sold as a multi-let retail investment and an additional retail investment in Sutton-in-Ashfield, was sold at auction. The substantial property is let to Lloyds TSB, who occupies all of the ground floor, with the first floor offices sub-let to a local marketing organisation.

Ben Frudd, surveyor at Innes England said: "Nottingham & District Estates were looking to sell their portfolio and we were delighted to achieve this within a good time period. It just goes to show that there are still investors looking for good opportunities in the current market."
