Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed to act on behalf of Foxtons Estate Agents as their representative on planning matters for a number of their properties and interests. The Jones Lang LaSalle Planning team have been appointed in particular to advise on the expansion of Foxtons business premises across London and the south east.
The appointment will involve securing consent for the change of use of a number of high street premises to allow new offices to open. It will also involve applications for new shop fronts, advertisement consent, and applications for lawful development certificates.
Jones Lang LaSalle has achieved consent on behalf of Foxtons to allow the conversion of 148 High Street, Barnet from a public house to a Foxtons office and is advising on eight further sites and six applications which have been submitted, with more to follow. The Planning team have also advised on the likelihood of achieving consent on a number of other potential acquisitions.
