Following their recent 10,500 sq ft office letting to Natural England, property consultants Alder King and Turner Locker are now marketing the final suites in Renslade House in Exeter.

Natural England, who are responsible for the conservation and enhancement of the natural environment, recently consolidated their Devon based operations in Renslade House, Exeter and took 10,500 sq ft on a new ten year lease.

Now just three main suites remain in the building, ranging from 3,400 sq ft to 6,500 sq ft.

The 3,465 sq ft suite is located on the 7th floor of the infamous tower and has only just reached the market after previous tenant Secretary of State vacated it following 23 years of occupation. The floor has been comprehensively refurbished to provide flexible modern open plan accommodation that offers fantastic views over Exeter and the surrounding area.

There are also two larger suites on the ground floor and first floors are available and extend to 6,500 sq ft and 5,000 sq ft respectively. The offices have been newly refurbished and are available at £11.50 per sq ft.
