Property operator, NB Entrust, has appointed Michele Simon as Director of Operations.

Michele has joined the company from Grosvenor where she was Director of the Service Centre, previously she was with the serviced office operator, HQ Global Workplaces.

Michele will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day property services delivery, service partner performance and customer satisfaction across the whole of the UK. She will be directly accountable for the overall performance of the client portfolio across all operational areas of service delivery, customer care, mobilisation, health and safety and quality assurance.

Michele said: "NB Entrust is covering new ground in the property industry and I am delighted to have the opportunity to join the team. Their innovative approach to property management is one in which I strongly believe. NB Entrust staff currently manage over 20 million sq ft of mixed use commercial space and about £80 million of service charge expenditure. The business has a platform of 25 facilities managers located around the country; the NB Entrust Customer Support Centre receives over 3500 calls per month and has a dedicated training team called the NB Entrust Faculty which trains not only its own staff but also its service partners.
