Two companies have just moved into newly-refurbished premises at Tongwell, an established high-profile employment area close to the M1 in the northeast of Milton Keynes, in lettings completed through agents Douglas Duff. The companies, D C Hall Ltd and Service Point UK Ltd, have both moved into Maryland Road which comprises 17 medium-sized industrial/warehouse units, all comprehensively refurbished recently.

"Tongwell provides headquarters-style premises for blue chip companies like Daimler Chrysler, Volkswagen and Volvo, so the Maryland Road units are proving very popular" commented Simon Sheath of Douglas Duff.
