REDEVCO Switzerland sells logistics centre in Brunegg
to Brack Electronics

REDEVCO Switzerland has signed an agreement with Brack Electronics to transfer ownership of a 5,510 sq. m. logistics centre in Brunegg. Brack Electronics is a distributor of electronic, audio and visual equipment, based in Switzerland. With the sale of the Brunegg centre, REDEVCO is disposing of the last remaining logistics property in its Swiss portfolio. It will sharpen its focus on retail properties in city centres and in the country's major peripheral retail parks.

REDEVCO has been active in the Swiss real estate market for several years now, with a portfolio currently comprising 20 properties and representing a total value of some 400 million Swiss francs. In 2007 REDEVCO Switzerland acquired a retail property at a prime location in the centre of Yverdon. In addition to 2,100 sq. m. of sales area, this property offers 1,200 sq. m. of office space. In early 2008 REDEVCO bought the Neumarkt III property in the centre of Brugg.
