Bruton Knowles - Appointment - Nottingham

Following a successful 2007 and a raft of new client instructions, property consultants Bruton Knowles in Nottingham has boosted its professional team with the appointment of Andrew Prowse.
Andrew joins the expanding Nottingham team as a commercial surveyor and will be working alongside partner Nigel Billingsley on compulsory purchase order (CPO) and compensation work, and associate Jeremy Berridge on landlord & tenant and other professional instructions.
Andrew joins the team from Shortland Horne, the estate agents and chartered surveyors based in Coventry, where he worked as a general practice surveyor in the commercial department, carrying out responsibilities such as valuations, secured lending, landlord and tenant amongst other professional services.
