Savills - Appointment - Germany, Berlin

Savills has appointed Karsten Nemecek as joint head of its corporate finance and valuation management team in Germany.

Karsten, will work alongside existing head of team Drazenko Grahovac at its Berlin office. Previously a senior manager for property portfolio and company transactions at PricewaterhouseCoopers advisory real estate for seven years, and before that an investment manager at a venture capital fund, Karsten was responsible for M&A project advice, due diligence enquiries as well as investment and economic efficiency analysis. He has worked on behalf of an international client base including private equity funds and investment banks as well as national real estate companies.

Drazenko Grahovac, managing director of Savills, says: "The changed conditions for the real estate business provide new challenges for service providers, and Karsten with his extensive knowledge will undoubtedly strengthen the team and further develop the integrated consulting approach for our clients."

Savills corporate finance and valuation management now comprises 25 people, based in Berlin and Frankfurt offices. Karsten Nemecek will be based at Savills Berlin, Leipziger Platz 1, Berlin, 10117, Germany.
