55.000 m2 shopping centre with 100 shops almost fully let four months prior to opening in November.

A Milestone was reached at the Forum Koszalin shopping centre in Koszalin, Poland with the completion of the roof structure. The shopping centre is developed by Multi Development Poland. It is a joint investment of Multi and Meinl European Land Group.

The topping out ceremony was held at the Forum Koszalin site in the presence of Mr. Mirosław Mikietyński, Major of the city of Koszalin, local authorities, contractors and subcontractors. Ronald Dasbach, Multi's Managing Director for Central Europe stated during the ceremony: 'Multi is delighted to have reached this significant stage in the construction of Forum Koszalin. I am confident that, upon completion, Koszalin will not only have an attractive architectural asset but also an exciting new retail offer. It already attracts many top national and international shop brands.'

Aleksander Buwelski, Multi's Commercial Manager said: 'We are on schedule to meet the planned opening date for the second half of November. Ninety nine percent of the leasing contracts is already signed or in process. Anchors are multiplex cinema Silverscreen, building market Castorama, hypermarket Tesco, Media Markt, fashion brands like like H&M, C&A and New Yorker. When opened, Forum Koszalin can
boost to have the best Polish and foreign retailers.

The new project offers employment for about 500 people at the construction stage. It will contribute to make Koszalin a place where people choose to live work and play, and to position it as a major shopping destination.
