Knight Frank - Offices Letting - Glasgow, Renfield Street

Acting on behalf of Greyharbour Limited, Knight Frank has concluded two lettings at Regent House, 76 Renfield Street, Glasgow.

Spider Online Limited on the third floor, while Taylor Woodrow Construction Limited has taken the fifth floor suite. Accommodation on both floors extends to 1,685 sq ft, and a rent of £13.00 per sq ft has been agreed with both tenants.
