Goadsby - Retail Letting - Lymington, England
Date: 04 Sep 2008
Goadsby, acted on behalf of Angel Yard LLP a division of Landford Estates and Highclere Estates, have completed the letting of the new Angel Yard scheme just off High Street, Lymington. The eight new retail units complement the original five shops and there are an attractive range of flats, maisonettes and cottages above and alongside the paved courtyard forming a prestigious car free zone with the town's main car park to the rear. Angel Yard links this with the High Street exiting by Tesco and Edinburgh Woollen Mill.
The last lettings include Unit F of 344 sq ft let to Clare Rose Interiors, Unit G of the same size let to Helen Austin, Childrens Clothing and Unit H of 466 sq ft which is a traditional sweet shop.
Goadsby's Jeremy Braybrooke comments:-
'The completion of this scheme demonstrates the popularity of Lymington as a retail centre. The quality of the development is a credit to Landlord Highclere and their careful control and attention to detail'.
