Thomas Cook surrendered its leasehold interest in the 800 sq ft unit to a private landlord for a nominal sum. King Sturge also agreed a new lease with Subway for a term expiring in March 2013 and at a passing rent of £21,725 pa, subject to an outstanding rent review in March 2008.

The landlord was represented by Westwood & Company.
