Thomas Cook assigned its leasehold interest on the 554 sq ft unit to National Cash Advance at a passing rent of £15,500 and two months rent free. The lease is due to expire in September 2009 with no further rent reviews.
King Sturge negotiated terms on behalf of Thomas Cook, while National Cash Advance was represented by Rowley Hughes Thompson.
