CB Richard Ellis's office agency team has been ranked number one in the FOCUS Leeds Office Agency League Table for the largest market share in sq ft and the highest number of deals completed in the last twelve months.

This is the third year running the team has secured the deals accolade, having won in 2006 and 2007 whilst with Grenville Smith and Duncan whom CB Richard Ellis acquired in January this year.

The team completed 34 transactions in Leeds City Centre this year to ensuring their 'hat trick'. The ranking reaffirms the team's position as the most active agents in Leeds and signifies their capability to weather the turbulent market conditions.
