Acting on behalf of Great Bear Properties Ltd, CB Richard Ellis has secured a letting at Fairfax House in Leeds to the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux (NACAB). NACAB has taken 6,200sq ft of office accommodation at circa £9.50 per sq ft on a five year lease.

NACAB will be joining existing tenants, Eversheds, ATA Recruitment and Duchy Catering in the 7 storey building which has recently undergone a major £1.5m refurbishment to provide comprehensive superior glazing, raised floors, comfort cooling and modern LG7 lighting features.
