Designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, one of England's greatest architects, Eighty Five Fleet Street is a London building with classic status. The building has been completely redeveloped however, still retaining Lutyens facades.

Shelley Sandzer acting on behalf of TMW Pramerica Property Investment Company have successfully completed the letting of restaurant space, comprising of 10,000 sq ft and arranged over ground and basement floors.

The unit is held on a 35 year lease to Prescott and Partners for their fine dining restaurant concept which will trade as Lutyens Grill.

This will be the second venture for Prescott and Partners following the successful opening of The Boundary, which is a joint venture with Sir Terrance Conran and heralds a bold strategic expansion program Nathan Wogman of Shelley Sandzer comments:
