Graham Aitkenhead has joined Gerald Eve as an associate in its Manchester office.

Graham, who joined from DTZ specialises in lease consultancy and also has expertise in rating, valuation and compulsory purchase and compensation work.
Mike Roocroft head of Gerald Eve's Manchester office said: "Graham's skill set makes him a key hire for us as we grow our market share in the North West."
Graham said: "The strong team ethic and Partnership structure at Gerald Eve was a big draw for me."

Graham is an assessor under the RICS APC scheme, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of The Rating Surveyors Association.
