Gerald Eve has announced a tranche of promotions, effective as of 1 July 2009. The firm welcomes two new salaried partners: Sally Bruer (research) and James Gall (building consultancy).

A further three people have been promoted to associate: James Murray (specialist & residential), Isabel Parker (office agency) and Vanessa Wisby (planning & development)

The following nine have been promoted to senior surveyor: Tom Blakely (Birmingham), Paul England (building consultancy), Julian Greenhalgh (office agency), Jonathan Kendrick (industrial), Tom Kinsey (industrial). Ashley Layton (investment), Andrew Preston (Birmingham), William Ray (specialist & residential) and Alex Vaughan-Jones (planning & development). In addition, James Wickham (planning & development) has been promoted to senior planner.
